PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

The primary objective of this training program is to help the Social Work Lead Trainers transform their personal, functional, and contextual skills required to improve work efficiency in any social work project setting.

This program also aims to promote applied learning of social work project management functions in respect with preparation, exploration, assessment, contract, and implementation. Similarly, the training inputs are equally important on improving the Social Work Lead Trainers’ skill competencies for effective project monitoring, evaluation, feedback, and closure.

More importantly, the program emphasizes on the development of lead trainers towards ethical and effective social work skills transformation.

TRAINING METHOD

To make this program more effective, multi-mode training approaches will be used including project simulations, thematically guided individual/team project works, individual/group presentations, case-based environmental scanning and analysis, and lectures on success stories.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

As the project outcomes, after completion of this training program, Edify International will be in position to lead a team of Social Work Skill Lead Trainers with skill-competence, ability, and willingness to transform the personal, functional, and contextual skills required for every social work project-based personnel.

This training also will help significantly to the lead trainers to help their fellow learners of social work skills in applying empirical evidence for project preparation, selection, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, feedback, and closure.
